ORLANDO, Fla. (Jan. 13, 2009) --- Emerson International recently completed construction of four new estate homes at Emerson Pointe, the exclusive luxury community located on Lake Tibet and Lake Chase adjacent to Bay Hill in southwest Orlando’s Dr. Phillips area.

Eric Emerson, vice president and general manager of Emerson International, said one of the estate homes – fronting on Lake Chase on the Butler Chain of Lakes - is professionally decorated and open to the public by appointment.  Three of the new estate homes offer lake views, Emerson said.  The four new homes average some 5,000 square feet of living space and are priced in the $2 million range.
